About Wild Flour Pizza Co

In 2018, Clay opened Scratch Kitchen in North Vancouver. He was driven by a passion to provide guests a “made from scratch” experience using only fresh local ingredients. When Steven came on board as the Head Chef in 2020, they quickly realized that they shared a passion for great quality pizzas. As Scratch Kitchen evolved and customers’ excitement for their creative approach to pizzas grew, they were inspired to create a new fast-casual concept where pizza was the sole focus. By incorporating sourdough and heritage grain elements with the playful style of pizzas served at Scratch, they aspire to build a pizza experience like no other.
